How can you join in?
If you don’t already have access to our portal then head over to our website, myphra.com, to fill out the online Membership Profile Update form (available in the forms section at myphra.com/forms/) and we will follow up.
Oops, forgot your password?
No worries at all! We’ve all been there. Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on our portal page. Here’s how:
Step 1: Click “Forgot password?”
Step 2: Enter the email you use to login

Ready to go green with us?
Opt for digital correspondence by unchecking the ‘Correspondence via Mail’ option in your profile settings. Every little step counts towards a paperless future! Here’s how:
Step 1: Click on your name
Step 2: Click on Edit
Step 3: Uncheck “Correspondence by mail”
Step 4: Click the “Save” button
Should be redirected to your Client Details page with an unchecked box
