Full Time Landscape/Park Maintenance Supervisor

Full-Time Position: Panorama Hills Residents Association is seeking a self-motivated maintenance lead-supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager with the overall park and landscape maintenance of the Panorama Hills Community Centre (PHCC), the community centre park, and the Direct Control (DC) sites throughout Panorama Hills Community. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and the company, has an attitude of quality and excellence, enjoys leading and teaching people, and can effectively communicate with residents, crews, peers, and management. You must be able to solve problems in real-time and thrive under the pressure of meeting timelines and budgets.

Full Time Facilities & Amenities Manager

Full-Time Position: We are seeking a self-motivated team leader for the full-time position of Facilities & Amenities Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hands-on role involves ensuring the timely, efficient, and safe maintenance, repair, and landscaping of the community hub, community centre park, and direct control sites. The position requires 40 hours per week, including “on-call” duties, with occasional weekend and evening work for emergency repairs and special events. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys leading and teaching team members, communicates effectively with residents, crews, peers, and management, and thrives under pressure to meet timelines and budgets. Full Time Evening and Weekend Supervisor

Full-Time Position: The Panorama Hills Residents Association (PHRA) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as the Evening and Weekend Supervisor. This key role is essential to the smooth operation of the Panorama Hills Community Centre. As the first point of contact for members visiting the facility and park during evenings and weekends, you will oversee the PHRA Customer Service Representatives and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all.

Part-Time Position: The PHRA is seeking an individual that is outgoing and customer-centred, a self-starter and able to work as a part of our dynamic team in the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop invaluable customer service experience and is driven to provide an outstanding experience to all the members of the Community while upholding the values and policies of the Panorama Hills Residents Association.

Full Time Seasonal Landscape Maintenance

Full-Time Seasonal Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and outgoing individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role involves performing landscaping and maintenance of parks, direct control (DC) sites, amenities, and facilities. Responsibilities include mowing, hedge trimming, tree and shrub pruning, weed control, watering, fertilizing, and operating various equipment. The position requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Ideal candidates will have experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, gardening, and landscaping, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
