Before and After care for summer camp
Schedule your child for Before camp care (7.30am to 9am) and After camp care (4pm to 5.30pm). Child must be registered into a PHCC summer camp.
*5 days – $45 (members), $50 (non-members).
This fee will not be prorated to accommodate only Before or After Care.

Member Registration
All Panorama Hills Residents Association members, with their account in good standing, are able to register for all PHRA hosted programs and events at the time of the posted registration date with no restrictions.

Non-member Registration
IF you are not a member of the PHRA (live outside Panorama Hills), then you can complete this form in order to expedite the registration process for our programs. We’ll get back to you within two business days to proceed with payment details separately. Please note that this form is only to collect participant details and does not reserve a spot on the program. Form will only be processed ONWARDS from the non-member registration date. Program Cancellation Policy
All programs are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration.
Should a program be cancelled due to insufficient registration, you will be notified a minimum of two business days prior to the commencement of the program. When a program is cancelled due to insufficient registration, the following options are available to you:
- Receive a full refund by having the amount returned directly to the credit or debit card the purchase was made with.
If a class or activity is cancelled due to weather or health concerns, all attempts will be made to reschedule.
Waitlist and Late Registrations
If a program or workshop is full, you can join the waitlist. For programs, we do allow late registration, however, we will not prorate pricing for late registration.
Age Restrictions
For any program that has an age restriction, the participant MUST meet the stated age restriction on or before the start date of the program. Parents, please ensure that you enter your child’s correct date of birth when creating your family profile. Staff may ask for proof of age of any child registered in a program. If it is discovered that a child is registered in a program with an incorrect age, the child will be removed form the program without refund.
Membership Cards
PHRA members (most Panorama Hills and Hanson Ridge residents) can access the facility and amenities with a membership card. Bring your Certificate of Title and ID to the Community Centre for your card, available for ages 12+. Children under 12 must be with someone 12 or older. Keep a photo of your card or bring your ID if you forget it. More details: myphra.com/residents
Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests must be made in writing to Community Relations Manager at programs@myphra.com.
For any program that has not started, a $25 administration fee is charged per program, per participant, and the remaining balance is refunded. As we rely on registration numbers to determine if a program will run, withdrawals may not be made less than 7 business days prior to the start of the class unless a doctor’s note is provided.
Once a program has started, any withdrawal requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. There will be a $25 administration fee and the refund amount will be prorated. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any program that is underway if a doctor’s note is not provided.
Withdrawals for events or workshops are only permitted if requested 30 days or more before the event date to be eligible for a refund.

Program Check-in, Authorized Pick-up, and Emergency Contact Procedures
The PHRA has implemented better check-in and pick-up procedure for the safety of all participants of our programs. Children under the age of 12 must be checked in and escorted to the program location by a parent/guardian.
A “PHCC Activity Emergency Contact” form will be emailed to participants one week before the start date of a program. This form must be completed no later than 72 hours before that program starts.
For those who serve as authorized pick ups to program participants, please have a valid government-issued ID ready for display during pick-up.
Attendance
Registering for a program, a workshop or an event signals your willing desire to participate in that activity. Anyone who intends to participate in an activity must register or be registered into that activity prior to its’ start date. If you are unable to attend or are running late, please contact us at info@myphra.com or 403-226-4386 as soon as possible. Failure to attend may result in penalties, not limited to a loss of your registered spot. Refunds will not be issued for absences.
