Dan has been the GM of the PHRA since April 2019. Dan has been involved in the recreation sector for many years. Dan is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Panorama Hills, as well as his own family.
MAT RAPUANO
Facility Manager
Mat joined the PHRA team in 2025. He comes with a lot of energy and a diverse skillset which he uses to serve the PHCC facility and our community.

Community Relations Manager
Toby joined the PHRA team in 2021 with a diverse skills in communications and programs management. Toby is passionate about the lively and multicultural community of Panorama Hills.

Maintenance Manager
Chris joined our team in October 2020 and has made a significant impact on our community. Chris brings many years of maintenance experience to our community. He is passionate about the community of Panorama Hills and enjoys lively music.
