This form MUST be filled out by the Property Owner OR an authorized representative (such as a Property Management Company). The Property Owner(s) on the Land Title remains responsible for paying the annual Residents Association fee.
Use this form to update the Panorama Hills Residents Association Ltd. of all occupants at your property and to receive your access pass to the Panorama Hills Community Centre.
All home sales within the community of Panorama Hills are required to submit an Encumbrance Fee Request Form.
Lawyers, we request that you communicate with buyers that they must provide a copy of the new Certificate of Title once the purchase of a home is complete. This allows the PHRA to update ownership information. Submission of the Encumbrance Request Form does not provide us with the appropriate information to update this information.
