Do you have more than 10 guests that you would like to bring to the Park? Submit the Guest List Form at least 72 hours in advance. ​

Guest List Request Form

If you are a member and want to use the Panorama Hills Community Centre Park for a group of more than 10 and up to 25 guests, you need to fill out and submit a “Guest List” request form. You must send this form to the Panorama Hills Community Centre staff at least 72 hours (about 3 days) before your event date for review and approval. If you don't submit the form on time, your guest list may be rejected because of other groups. Please have a backup plan in case of bad weather on the day of your event.

The Panorama Hills Residents Association has the right to deny access to any group and is not liable for any problems that may arise because of unapproved guest lists.

Guest lists will not be accepted on days when there are special events planned.

Guest & Member Guidelines

The park is unsupervised. Use it at your own risk. Picnic tables and shaded areas are on a first come, first served basis, unless you have booked the bookable gazebo. The Panorama Hills Residents Association, its directors and/or managements groups is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
• MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS & MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT ALL TIMES WHEN THEIR GUESTS ARE HERE. YOU CAN NOT DROP YOUR GUESTS OFF AND LEAVE

• Park and Facility Use is restricted to Members of the Panorama Hills Residents Association with a valid membership card.

• Members and guests must abide by the park rules (posted at park entrances and inside the park) & Premises are electronically monitored. Verbal abuse towards staff or other members will not be tolerated.

• Gazebos can only be used for a maximum of 3 hours per family, per day. We want to be as fair as possible to all members and ask you to be considerate and respectful of this.

• Only portable tabletop BBQs with small green propane canisters are permitted in the park & please use the garbage cans provided throughout the park. If they are full, please alert a staff member immediately. DO NOT THROW OR LEAVE GARBAGE BESIDE THE CAN AS THIS CAN ATTRACT WILD ANIMALS.

• Painter’s tape and string can be used for hanging decorations. Decorations must be placed on gazebo posts only and all tape and string must be taken off when done. Staff can provide painter’s tape if required.

• The use of confetti, rice, birdseed, silly string, water balloons, single balloons, balloon arches, confetti balloons etc. are strictly prohibited. Bouquet balloons are allowed (multiple helium balloons tied together). Piñatas are not permitted. Due to space restrictions, fire codes and safety concerns, inflatable structures are not permitted in rental spaces or park areas.

• Residents must meet all attendees at the gate and check guests in with PHRA staff. Guests more than the mandate 25- person limit will not be permitted access. It is recommended that all guests be listed on the guest list at the time of submission.

• No bicycles, inline states, skateboards, scooters, or battery-operated toys or cars are permitted in the park.

• No smoking, alcohol, or foul language. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes vape, hookahs. Violators will be asked to leave and may face membership suspension or Persecution by Law.

• No pets or animals are permitted in the park.

• All facility COVID-19 protocols must be followed at all times.
