Nestled in the heart of our vibrant neighbourhood, the Panorama Hills Community Centre is more than just a facility—it’s a hub for connection, celebration, and community pride. Whether you’re planning a milestone birthday, a team meeting, or a cultural gathering, our spaces are designed to bring people together.

Rental access is exclusively available to registered members of the Panorama Hills RA Ltd., giving you the opportunity to enjoy high-quality spaces in a familiar and welcoming environment.

We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor rental options, including bright, modern rooms in our newly expanded facility. From the brand-new Event Centre and Program Room to our modernized Lower Level and new Community Boardroom, each space was created with flexibility, function, and community spirit in mind.

Before you book:

  • Rentals can be made up to 12 months in advance

  • Members may hold a maximum of 3 active bookings at any time

  • A rental booking must be a minimum of 3 hours

Weekday Daytime Rentals

 

Our newly upgraded facility offers flexible weekday daytime rentals—available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM—perfect for business meetings, workshops, training sessions, and team-building events. With a range of spaces including our modern Boardroom, spacious Program Centre, and welcoming Event Hall, you’ll find the right fit for groups of all sizes. High-speed Wi-Fi, accessible amenities, and on-site support staff ensure your event runs smoothly, all within the relaxed atmosphere of the Panorama Hills Community Centre. Let your team connect, collaborate, and create—right here in the heart of the community.

Recurring Rental Request

A recurring rental refers to a rental arrangement that takes place on a consistent, repeating schedule (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) for the continued use of a facility.

Non-Profit Community Groups

Special rates may apply for Non-Profit Community Groups.  Proof of non-profit registration is required.
