Panorama Hills Residents Association – 2025-2026 Annual Invoice

Methods of Payments

1. Online Payment – Log into your online member account using your email address here.
If you do not have an email address registered with us, please complete a Profile Update Form or email info@myphra.com with your information and we will forward an online account activation within a few business days.
You may also log in by visiting myphra.com and selecting Log In.

2. Cheque – In-person or mailed and payable to Panorama Hills RA Ltd. – 

​88 Panamount Hill NW Calgary AB T3K 5R9 
Please make sure cheques clearly identify the property address in the memo field.

3. Over-the-Phone – Please call us at 403-226-4386 between Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Have your property address and credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) ready. If our call lines are busy, please leave a message and we will follow up when possible.

4. In-Person – 9am-4:30pm, Monday to Saturday at our temporary office in an ATCO trailer on the parking lot of 88 Panamount Hill NW.

Please note we are currently an active construction zone so out of an abundance of safety, we do not recommend an in-person visit. If you must pay in-person, kindly follow our strict onsite instructions for your safety. There is no onsite parking, please use STREET PARKING ONLY.



 
This annual invoice covers our fiscal year of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
All invoices not paid by the due date will be subject to interest charges starting on May 1, 2025.
Our annual interest rate is 18%
