As a member, you can expect the following during the construction period:

• You will not have access to the community centre or park from October 16, 2023 until the completion of the project. This means that they will be no rentals, programs, and events at the centre during the construction period

• We will bring the PHRA programs and events into the community. We will use several greenspaces throughout neighborhood. Primary locations will be Panamount Square and Panora Square that align with our Play Hubs. Please check our website for updates and details on these alternative locations.

• You will be kept informed of the progress and status of the expansion project through our website, newsletter, social media, and email. We will also provide opportunities for you to share your feedback and suggestions on the project. We value your input and involvement in this exciting endeavor.

• Maintenance operations will continue as normal during the project. Our contractor (Hydra) will continue with the Enhanced Landscape Maintenance program and our maintenance department will look after direct control (DC) sites, annual flowers/flowerpots and PHCC park
