PHRA HOA Fee Invoice is only accessible to the Property Owner who is the Primary Contact. First, visit https://panoramahills.perfectmind.com/ to log in with your email and password.You should now see a list of names from people in your family. Click your name. Your profile should load up.Look to the top right corner. If you have anything owing, the number will be in red. Click the button called “Invoices”. Once the page loads up, look for the due invoice, it will be in Red. Select the checkbox on the invoice then click “Make Payment” which is a blue button above the list of invoices.A payment method screen will pop up. You can only pay online via credit card. Please fill-in all the fields. The “Remember Credit Card” is completely optional. We do not charge credit cards on file.Click on the blue “Complete” button when done. You can print and/or email the receipt. To view past invoice receipts, go to Invoices. Look at the left side of the page for the “Invoice Status” option. Select it, then choose “Completed”. You can select the invoice you want, then click the “Receipt” button that is above the list of invoices. Please note that invoices older than 2022 are not available online.
When paying online, you first need to log in here. Once in the portal, navigate to your Client Details page which will have your name and email address.
Kindly click the “Invoices” button, which will direct you to a page with invoices. Select the invoice in red, then click the purple make a payment button.
DO NOT click the area in X as that will cause an error that says “Invalid Permissions”.
Should this occur, click the x, scroll up and click invoices.
