We want to make our members aware of an issue that may be affecting those who use Microsoft email addresses (such as Outlook, Hotmail, Live, or MSN). Due to an ongoing technical problem with our registration system’s email provider, some important messages—like password resets and program confirmations—may not be reaching your inbox.
We understand this is frustrating, especially as many of you are trying to register for summer programs. We’re doing everything we can to help members affected by this issue.
What’s Happening
A few days ago, Microsoft began blocking emails from the address our registration system uses to send important messages:
communication@xplorrecreation.com
Although our provider has implemented a fix using a new sending server, Microsoft enforces a gradual “warm-up” period, during which delivery is limited. This only affects Microsoft email domains. Gmail, Yahoo, and others are not impacted.
If you remember your password, you can still log in and register at https://panoramahills.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn without issue.
What You Can Do
If you’re not receiving system-generated emails, we can help through the following options:
1. Can’t Reset Your Password?
If the reset link isn’t coming through automatically, we’ll handle it manually.

Please allow up to two business days for follow-up.
2. Missing Registration Confirmation?
If you registered for an event but didn’t get a confirmation email, we’ll verify and resend.

You can also email info@myphra.com or call 403-226-4386 with your full name, property address, and title of the event you registered in. We will contact you to verify your identity before assisting.
Please allow up to two business days for us to respond.
3. Want to Switch to a Non-Microsoft Email?
You can also ask us to update your account to a Gmail, Yahoo, or other personal email address.

You can also email your preferred new email address to info@myphra.com. We will follow up with you to verify your identity before responding.
What We’re Doing
- We’re working directly with PerfectMind support to monitor and escalate the issue.
- Affected members are being assisted individually through manual support.

Tips for Microsoft Email Users
To improve deliverability in the meantime, you may:
- Check your junk/spam folder for our emails
- Add communication@xplorrecreation.com and info@myphra.com to your safe sender list
