Community assets in Panorama Hills are managed by two distinct associations: Panorama Hills Residents Association (PHRA) in the North and Panorama Hills Estates Homeowners Association (PHEHA) in the South.
The dividing line runs along the east-west pathway between Panamount Road and Panamount Hills Landing.
